User sign up and account management

Hi! Welcome to GetFocus' Odin. In this guide, we take you through setting up your user account.

User invite email

When your company administrator invites you onto the platform, you will receive the following email:

Click the sign-up button to register your user account. Please keep in mind that these invite links expire after 7 days, so make sure to use the link within that time. After clicking sign up you see the following screen.

Fill out your name, last name, password, password confirmation, and phone number (this step is not mandatory). Click sign up when you are done. After having signed up your organization you are logged in and see the Odin start screen.

Changing your password, email address, and other account management options

You can always change your user profile, password, and email address. To do so click the hamburger menu in the top right corner and click profile.

Make sure to hit save when you have edited your data.
