Organization admin sign up and seat management

Hi! Welcome to GetFocus' Odin. In this guide, we take you through setting up your admin account. This article starts with a bullet-point summary of how to register your organization. For the full details on each step, scroll down.

Admin Invite Email

  • Receive an admin invite email. We send this to you.
  • Click the sign-up button within 7 days (invite link expires after 7 days).

Signing Up Your Organization

  • Enter your organization name.
  • Select the number of user seats.
  • Click next.

Creating Your Admin Account

  • Fill out your name, last name, password, password confirmation, and phone number (optional).
  • Click sign up.
  • You are now transported to the Odin homepage.

Click the sign-up button to register your organization. Please keep in mind that these invite links expire after 7 days, so make sure to use the link within that time. After clicking sign up you see the following screen.

Enter your organization name, select the number of user seats, and click next. The number of seats determines how many users can be active on your organization's account at the same time. When you click next, you are asked to fill out your account details as shown below.

Fill out your name, last name, password, password confirmation, and phone number (this step is not mandatory). Click sign up when you are done. After having signed up your organization you are logged in and see the Odin start screen.

Changing your password, email address, and other account management options

You can always change your user profile, password, and email address. To do so click the hamburger menu in the top right corner and click profile.

Make sure to hit save when you have edited your data.

Increasing your organization's number of seats

You can only invite team members up to the limit in number of seats you have selected for your organization. If you wish to add more team members than your seat number allows for, you can increase the number of seats by clicking the hamburger menu and selecting organization as shown below.

Simply change the number of seats to the desired amount and click save. As soon as you have saved the new seat number the new limit applies. Therefore, if you just increased your number of seats, you can immediately invite new team members.
